How does pricing work?

A flat monthly base fee for your instance, plus a per-user fee for each seat. Standard is $500/month + $50 per user. A 10-person shop is $1,000/month, everything included — no per-module add-ons. High Availability is coming soon.

What counts as a user?

Anyone with a login on your instance. You choose the number of seats at checkout and can change it any time from the billing portal — the change is prorated automatically.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes — the live demo is available right now with realistic sample data, no card required. When you're ready, sign up and your own instance is provisioned automatically after checkout.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the billing portal. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period, and we retain a final encrypted backup of your data for 90 days so you can export or restore.

What's different about High Availability?

Coming soon. Standard runs a single application instance with an auto-scaling database and daily backups — right for most shops. High Availability will add redundant application servers across data-center zones and automatic database failover, for operations where an hour of downtime stops production. Not available to buy today.

Is my data safe?

Each customer gets a fully isolated instance and database — your data is never in a shared system. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is permission-controlled, and backups are tested. See the Security page for details.
