Agreement

By accessing or using FerroSync ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

FerroSync provides cloud-based ERP software for managing inventory, orders, customers, and finances. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person or entity per account unless explicitly authorized.

Your Data

You own the data you put into FerroSync. We do not claim ownership of your business data. We store and process your data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may export your data at any time. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicense access without written permission.

Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FerroSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with notice when practical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
