Getting started

The fastest way to evaluate FerroSync is the live demo — a real tenant with sample items, BOMs, production orders, and a posted general ledger. Sign up when you want that with your own data.

Try the live demo

Use the button below to provision an isolated demo tenant with sample inventory, BOMs, production orders, and a posted general ledger. Click through the real product: run a production order, ship a sales order, and open the journal entries that posted.

Create your own tenant

When you are ready to run FerroSync with your data, sign up. Standard is $500/month plus $50 per user, and every module is included. That provisions a dedicated company — your items, your ledger, your users — separate from the demo. Already have an account? Log in.

After checkout, set the legal name, default warehouse, and fiscal calendar, then invite teammates from company settings. Assign admin or team-member roles so warehouse, purchasing, and finance see only what they should.

Items, locations, and opening stock

Bring in items, customers, and suppliers with CSV import, or create them one at a time. Give each item a SKU, unit of measure, and default location. If you track lots or serials, turn that on at the item before mixed stock is already on hand.

Record opening quantities as an adjustment with a reason so inventory and the ledger match the floor from day one. See inventory for lots, serials, and warehouses.
